Terms

All items are offered subject to prior sale and remain our property until full payment has been received. Goods will be sent within 2 (two) business days of receipt of cleared payment, except during holidays in which case any delay to dispatch will be clearly indicated prior to check out.

 

Returns
If a buyer, upon receipt of their order, is not satisfied for whatever reason we will refund the purchase price in full (excluding any shipping / postage cost paid), provided it is sent back within 14 days of receipt at the buyer's expense in the same condition as received, appropriately packed to the following address:

Authenticity

All items are genuine antique or vintage and printed at the date stated. ”Antique" generally refers to an item at least 100 years old. "Vintage" generally refers to items which are at least 50 years old. "Original" means that the work was printed at the first or original date of publication; it does not imply that the item is unique. Publication dates given are as accurate as possible and are based on the date of publication of the book, atlas or periodical from which the item was extracted. 

 

Condition

The condition of antique and vintage prints can vary due to age and handling. The condition of all items is marked as excellent, very good, or good. Small flaws, marks or blemishes are possible with old items, and any noticeable flaws are noted within the statement of condition for each item. Where prints are offered for sale with text or images on the reverse (verso) side, this is clearly stated. Please read the listing carefully prior to making your purchase.

 

Packaging

We package your order with great care to ensure that you will receive your print in good order. We use clear plastic envelopes to protect the print from any moisture during shipment, and package it in a flat cardboard box with protective cardboard filling. 

 

Shipping terms 

If you live in a country outside of the European Union, the products are shipped to you under DAP Incoterms® (2020). This means that Adriana Antique Prints will arrange the shipment, the export declaration with customs, or other export documents, if required. For the import into the country of destination, the buyer (you) will arrange customs formalities and pay any import taxes, if these are applicable. What these are depends on the customs requirements of your country, the type of product and the the value of the product.

 

Shipping cost / Postage
The cost incurred for shipping cost or postage is extra. We offer shipping options for destinations worldwide using PostNL for standard shipping and DHL for shipments with Track & Trace .
