This fascinating coloured lithographic plate is completely filled with detailed illustrations of arthropods, including beetles, butterflies, moths, crustacea, spiders, and winged insects. The plate originates from an antique French encyclopedia called 'Larousse Universel en 2 Volumes' from 1922. 


This 100-year old plate comes with a pre-cut high quality matboard with steel blue coloured top layer. The matboard is acid-free, protecting the print.
